Heavy-Duty Troughed Belt Conveyor
FRAME
The frame consists of modular elements length of 5m. Each element is composed by two sides made of carbon steel bended plates.
The elements are joined together by flanges, fixed with high strength bolts.
DRIVE HEAD
It’s equipped with drive pulley convex/crowned type for belt centering , lagged with rubber to guarantee an high coefficient of friction for belt drive. The drive shaft is connected between drum with taper friction lock and mounted on pillow block UK type. External self-adjusting belt scraper.
REVERSING HEAD
Return idle drum is made like drive pulley (not lagged), It’s mounted on devices designed for the correct tension and alignment of the belt . Inner belt scraper
SUPPORT OF THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BELT
It’s built with roller with bearings and seals , belt on three-roller carrying stations for the NT type , on two roller for the NV type and one horizontal roll for the NP and NPV type. The lower belt roller are equipped with rubber rings
RUBBER BELT:
Belt type is EP400 in Oil-resistant or Heat resistant or Abrasion resistant or ATEX. It has a structure consisting of 3 synthetic plies and rubber cover 4+2.
